Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

This is a standard template covering how the service actually works today. It hasn’t been reviewed by a lawyer — treat it as a good-faith starting point, not final legal advice, and have it checked against Moroccan law before relying on it for a dispute.

1. Who this covers

These terms apply to anyone who creates an account or orders a server through kloud.ma ("the Service"), operated by Clouder.

2. Your account

Sign-in is passwordless — a 6-digit code sent to your email. You’re responsible for keeping access to that email address secure; anyone who can read your email can sign in to your account.

3. Orders and provisioning

When you order a server, you choose a location, a plan, an operating system, and a hostname. The server is provisioned on the underlying infrastructure for that location once payment is confirmed. Root/administrator credentials are shown once at creation (or after a password reset) — store them yourself, as they are not retrievable afterward.

4. Pricing and billing

Prices are shown in MAD, TVA included, before you pay. Servers are billed monthly. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout (international card, Moroccan card, or CashPlus) and may change over time.

5. Cancellation

You can stop or reinstall your own server from the dashboard. Deleting a server permanently is done on request — contact support. Deletion is irreversible: once a server is removed from the underlying provider, its data cannot be recovered.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use a Kloud.ma server to send spam, host illegal content, attack other systems, or otherwise break the law. We can suspend or terminate a server used this way, with or without notice depending on severity.

7. Service availability

Servers run on third-party infrastructure providers. We don’t control their hardware directly and can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. We’ll help with support issues, but we’re not liable for downtime caused by an underlying provider.

8. Liability

The Service is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, Kloud.ma’s liability for any issue is limited to the amount you paid for the affected server in the month the issue occurred.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service changes. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new terms.
